My husband absolutely doesn't believe that he retains title to his house if he does a reverse mortgage. How can I convince him that this is a good program? I am ready for him to do this, but he doesn't trust it. Also, how much interest is charged on the payoff if and when he passes away, say in 10-20 years? He is 69.
