John Thurston and I work together at Acceptance Capital Mortgage Corp. where I'm the TX branch manager. This story was published in the Dallas Morning News as a result of John's outreach efforts toward a fellow in trouble, Forrest Brannon.

We regularly do this type of work, negotiating a reduction in payoff for our "upside-down" seniors.

We work with lenders and clients around the USA on this topical issue. Yes, the sub-prime debacle, the accelerating ARM's and the massive foreclosures occuring have created an unusual environment today. We are taking clients from pain to complete freedom and it's a good thing.
